About Dr. Radhika Adholeya

Dr. Radhika Adholeya, the leading physician and owner of Family Clinic & Counselling Centre, is a distinguished practitioner with over 24 years of experience. She specializes in family medicine and women’s health. Dr. Adholeya has an impressive background, having worked with esteemed institutions such as Northern Railway Central Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital, and the National Pediatric Centre. She is also associated with various international hospital chains, providing medical support and second opinions.

Dr. Adholeya’s expertise extends to public health and clinical domains. She has independently managed two flagship projects for the startup Embebo/UCI/IIT Delhi/Department of Science & Technology GOI. She has served as a consultant, team lead, technical/training specialist, and clinical expert, actively participating in quality audits of hospitals and national health programs. Her diverse healthcare experience spans public, government, non-profit, NGO, community outreach, and private healthcare systems.

Her extensive education includes an MBBS from G.R. Medical College, an MS in Biomedicine from Safdarjung Hospital, an MBA in Strategic & Leadership Management from NIBM India, and various other specialized qualifications. Dr. Adholeya has published seven papers in reputed national journals and a chapter in a book. She has also worked on telemedicine projects to provide healthcare services to remote rural parts of India, including Uttarakhand, MP, Nagaland, and Jharkhand.
